MANAGING

Lyndon Gaidzanwa is a qualified chartered accountant with immense business experience.
He is a co-founder and CEO of Shangelao Capital (Pty) Ltd, a private company providing corporate finance advisory and related business consulting services. He is also a co-founder of Onyewu Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Lyndon has more than eight years experience in auditing, taxation, and accounting, management consulting and corporate finance.  Lyndon serves on the board of a number of companies in Namibia which include Mondi Packaging, Palm Garments, Flem Capital Investments, Onyewu Holdings, Namibia Marketing Company, amongst others.  He also served on the Board of the Namibia Chamber of Commerce (NNCI) - Walvis in 2003.

EXECUTIVE

John Swart has extensive experience in the piping, flexible hoses valves and allied fittings industry having been in the business for close to 30 years. He commenced his career with Tube-O-Flex Cape Town, and was later transferred in 1990 to head the Namibian operation up until 2005.
He currently heads the sales team and is also responsible for business development.

NON-EXECUTIVE

Samuel Jafet Victor is a well-established Namibian entrepreneur with business interests in a number of sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and financial and property. Victor is the chairman and co-founder of Onyewu Holdings. He is also a
co-founder of Shangelao Capital. In addition he holds further business interests in the following companies; Cape Cross Seals, SJV Holdings, Buchmann Healthcare, Tirhani Auctioneers (Namibia) and Mailai Fishing. He serves as a director on the boards of many of these companies including the ones in which Onyewu has an interest. Over the years he has developed considerable business experience across different industries.  Through his various business involvements, Victor has also established a valuable and extensive network of contacts in government, local companies, trade unions and parastatals.

CHAIRPERSON

Liina Muatunga is a registered human resources practitioner. She has 14 years experience in Human Resources Management and Development. She currently hold the position of Managing Director at Mondi Packaging Namibia (Pty) Ltd. She is a co-founder and member of C.L.C Construction cc. She serves as a director of Nexus and Mailai Fishing Company respectively. Her educational qualifications include a National Diploma and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and MBA in Strategic Management.
